In the System window, click the “Notifications & actions” category on the left. You can disable the Action Center with a single toggle in Windows 10, but that toggle is a bit buried in the interface. Press Windows+I to bring up the Settings app and then click System. You can also open the Start menu and click “Settings” to get to this window. Double-click on it to set the Value data as1, and click theOKbutton to save the change.
If you’re not an experienced user, think carefully before continuing with this process. This tidying can prove useful, as users can place the Tablet Mode action easier to reach, or hide the Project button if they don’t have a use for it.

However, if you would like to eliminate the Action Center altogether, there is a way to do it through a modification of the right configuration setting. Now, select the Enabled option, click Apply and OK.

There are a lot of advantages to having Windows 7 alert you to problems with your system. You might end up with a serious problem and not realize it if you disable the Action Center.
